Natural Pet has been a registered company in New Zealand since 2009 and supplies homeopathic remedies directly and indirectly to customers and organisations throughout New Zealand and internationally. 4. Customer Agreement

An agreement exists between you and Natural Pet once Natural Pet accepts an order or once an order is received and not rejected within fourteen days.

5. Customer Application

You warrant that all information and data provided by you are accurate, complete, and up-to-date. You must promptly inform Natural Pet of any changes to this information. You are responsible for any costs associated with accessing the Natural Pet website and placing an order, including any internet provider fees. Orders must be placed with correct delivery addresses within areas serviced by postal or courier agencies.

6. Ordering Guidelines

• Orders can be placed through our website, email, or telephone. Written orders are recommended for accuracy.
• Orders are processed on the same day they are received or on the nearest working day. Dispatch times cannot be guaranteed due to circumstances beyond our control.
• International orders require confirmation and payment before processing.
• Prices are applicable at the time of order placement. Bulk orders may result in savings.
• Items that are short-delivered will be reshipped at no cost. Orders are deemed received upon successful checkout completion.

7. Payment Method

• All orders must be paid for prior to shipping.
• We accept Visa, MasterCard, Afterpay and Direct Deposits.
• Natural Pet may decline payment by credit card without reason. If payment is declined, the order will not be processed.

8. Pricing and Taxes

• All prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
• New Zealand GST applies to orders within New Zealand. International orders may be subject to duties and taxes the you will pay.
• Prices do not include shipping, which is calculated at checkout.
• Purchase prices are applicable at the time of viewing and order submission. A tax invoice specifying the total price will be provided after your order is placed.

9. Cancellations

• International orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
• Orders left unconfirmed for more than four days will be automatically deleted.
• Pick-up orders must be collected within seven days, or they will be returned to inventory.

10. Shipping

• Orders are shipped according to postal or courier service deadlines.  All orders received before 12pm will be processed and dispatch on that day.  Natural Pet takes reasonable care to ensure your order is dispatched promptly, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including, but not limited to, customs clearance, local regulations, or international transit procedures.
• Any additional customs duties, taxes, or other fees applicable to international orders are the responsibility of the buyer. In the event of significant delays due to customs or other international shipping processes, we encourage you to contact us, and we will assist to the extent possible within the bounds of these external processes.
• Please note that under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, we remain responsible for ensuring the timely and safe delivery of goods purchased for personal, domestic, or household use within New Zealand. However, international orders may not fall under the same protections, and we advise international customers to check their local regulations.
• While Natural Pet cannot intervene in customs clearance, we will provide all necessary documentation to facilitate a smooth customs process.

11. Out of Stock and Substitution

Natural Pet will make every effort to ensure that all goods ordered (or agreed substitutes) are supplied to you as quickly as possible in the event of stock shortages.

12. Returns, Replacements, and Warranties

• Discrepancies must be reported within seven days of receiving your order.
• Returns or exchanges are not accepted after seven days.
• Returns must be made within 14 days of the invoice date. Goods must be in resalable condition, and a [XX]% restocking fee will apply for customer errors or change of mind.
• Return shipping for errors made by Natural Pet will be covered by us.
• Refunds for returned products will be processed within 7 days of receiving the product in its original condition. Refunds will be made using the original payment method, unless another method is mutually agreed upon.
• If any product is found to be defective after purchase, please contact us within 7 days to request a return or exchange. Returns must be in original, resalable condition. Natural Pet may require proof of purchase and reserves the right to reject any return request if the product does not meet the return criteria.
• Products may come with manufacturer warranties, but Natural Pet makes no additional warranties beyond those stated by the manufacturer unless explicitly stated otherwise. You agree that your use of the products is at your own risk, and that Natural Pet will not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the product.

The stability and nature of products may vary depending on storage conditions or when combined with other ingredients. Natural Pet cannot accept liability in such cases.

14. Ingredient Disclaimer

All prices displayed on this website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include New Zealand GST unless otherwise stated.
