Shipping Charges
You can expect your order to arrive quickly and in great condition.
We offer FREE DELIVERY within New Zealand on all orders over $72.
Orders below this will incur a $4.00 flat rate shipping charge
Delivery Times
We know that you very well may be ordering your remedies for a sick furbaby and want your remedies to arrive yesterday.
So we pinky promise that all orders received by 12pm on week days will be dispatched that day.
We use Courier Post as our delivery option and they are very good at doing overnight deliveries, so you can expect your order to arrive the next business working day.
Rural deliveries may take an extra day or two.
Deliveries that are received after Friday 12pm will be sent out Monday. For orders that are paid for via internet banking, the order will be sent out the day the funds clear in our bank account. So if this is over a weekend, then it will usually show in our account on Tuesday morning and be shipped that day. If you would like it to be sent sooner than this, you can email us some form of copy confirmation from your bank that you have paid and we will happily sent it out.
We use Courier Post, so we can send to PO Box numbers.
All products that are damaged in transit carry a full replacement guarantee, no question asked, just let us know and we will get another order out to you.
International Shipping
Yes we can send anywhere internationally, choose your destination on the checkout page by just adding your address and country. If your destination is not there please email us and we will add it. Most international shipping has a base rate of between $19-22 for one 25ml remedy then they go up $2-3 per 100 grams of weight. We send all our parcels via NZ Post economy tracked.
All orders will receive tracking information for you to follow your parcel.
