Refund / Exchanges
At Natural Pet we guarantee customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 14days of you receiving the product and we will exchange the product for an equal or lesser amount or refund your money, there may be additional freight costs relating to this, original delivery fees are non refundable.
The item must still be in a saleable condition, seals not broken or labels damaged. Natural Pet reserves the right to determine whether the item is not in a saleable condition.
If the product is faulty, defective or a mistake which is our doing, we will exchange for another exact item or refund you your money including freight charges with no cost to you.
We endeavour to get your order out to you within 24 hours of the nearest working days. We use Courier Post as our main courier service, they send to physical addresses and also PO Box's and are pretty good at sending overnight. If you are a rural delivery, please allow 2-3 working days for your order to arrive once it has been despatched.
When you place an order with Natural Pet, the system automatically creates a new account and log on for you, existing customers can log straight on. We feel this is the easiest and safest way to use your credit card on the internet.
