A natural remedy for Mud fever, fungal and thrush infections in horses. Mugal is a homeopathic blend designed specifically to support the normal immune response of an animal suffering from mud fever, thrush and fungal infections.
Mud fever also known as greasy heel is a skin infection that is caused by the micro-organism Dermatophilus congolensis, which invades damaged and damp skin and is a bacterial cross fungal infection. Mugal assists the body's natural response to this onset.
All our remedies have been developed by a fully qualified Animal Homeopath and Herbalist.
Handmade in NZ. All remedies have a shelf life of 5 years.
Mugal comes in a liquid form, as we find this is the easiest way to administer.
Homeopathic remedies can be either given straight into the horses mouth or put into the feed or water, any of these methods are just as effective. If you are putting into the mouth, please make sure not to contaminate the dropper, putting on to a teaspoon or other utensil may be a better option.
Dosage: 4 drops into mouth or food 3 times a day for 5 days.
Based on the above administration being 1 course, the remedy will last approximately 12 courses.
The remedy can also be given as a long term daily dose and also trough treated.
All instructions are on the bottle.
Caution: If this preparation fails to alleviate the condition being treated, the user should seek veterinary advice

"I tried Eponacare Mugal for my gelding. He was rejected at birth so doubt he got that ever important colostrum, resulting in a gelding that seems to catch every bacteria or fungal possible. He is notorious for mudfever, 4 white socks are the death of me. His mud fever is extreme, it's huge scabs the entire length of his poor legs. I have tried every cream, multiple vet visits, picked them, scrubbed them and anything else suggested to no avail. A friend recommended your product and I have never seen more amazing results. The Mugal turns the scabs black and they just fall off and don't seem to reappear, meaning I can leave his legs alone. I absolutely love this product and I'm sure Z does too". Nikole, Outram
