Liver cleanse for cats and dogs.

Natural liver support. Liver Tonic is a homeopathic and herbal blend designed specifically to support the normal immune response of an animal suffering from impaired liver function, general ill health, digestion, and metabolic problems. Great as a liver support, especially when an animal is suffering from liver disease or for those wanting to give their cat or dog a liver cleanse.

It has the combination of homeopathy and also the herbs Milk Thistle, Dandelion, and Meadowsweet.

The liver is the one organ in the body that can regenerate itself. With the impact of today’s environment, including processed foods, vaccinations, chemical fleaing / worming, antibiotics, and everyday toxins that our pets come into contact with, it is no wonder their livers get overloaded. Everything that gets ingested, injected, or put on the skin, goes through the liver and has to be processed. As a result, the liver becomes overloaded and sluggish, resulting in a pet showing signs of being overweight, lethargic, constipation or diarrhoea, agitated, restless or panting, sleeplessness, acid reflux, anal gland problems, and food or environmental allergies. All pets will benefit from liver support at least once a year.

Liver Tonic is designed to help support the normal immune response of the liver with its filtering of the blood, production of bile, and elimination of toxins from the body.

If you would like a remedy without the herbs and their taste, have a look at our Liver Tonic (Hom)

All our remedies are designed and developed by a qualified Animal Homeopath and Herbalist.

Natural Pet is an NZ-owned and operated small business handmaking homeopathic remedies for animals. All our remedies have a shelf life of 5 years.

Available in a 25ml or 50ml bottle

Liver Tonic comes in a liquid form; this is the easiest way to administer them to animals. It has a strong taste, so we don't advise putting it into your pet's mouth, but you can mix it into their food, which is just as effective.

Our herbal remedies are made with fluid extracts. These concentrated herbal solutions use high alcohol content to pull the chemical constituents out of the herb. Fluid extracts are the most potent herbal preparations you can get. Therefore you don't have to use much, so you give fewer drops to most pets. However, because of the herbal content, they don't have a pleasant taste, so adding them to food is best. If you are worried about the alcohol content, you can place the remedy in a teaspoon of warm to hot water, which will burn off the alcohol but won't affect the remedy.

Dosage: 4 drops per 10kgs, 2 times daily. For optimum results should be used for up to 6 weeks.

How long will a 25ml bottle last: (based on the above)

Cat: 93 days per bottle

Dog up to 10kg: 47 days per bottle

Dog up to 20kg: 23 days per bottle

All instructions are on the bottle.
