FreightFreight Charges You can get your order delivered free to anywhere in Freight Charges are:
Delivery Your order will be dispatched and out to you within 1-2 working days, depending on the time of the day the order is received, this can be the same working day. Deliveries that are received after Friday 4pm will be sent out Monday. For orders that are paid for via internet banking, the order will be sent out the day the funds clear in our bank account. So if this is over a weekend, then it will usually show in our account on Tuesday morning and be shipped that day. If you would like it to be sent sooner than this, you can email us some form of copy confirmation from your bank that you have paid and we will happily sent it out. We send our products out via NZ couriers so we need a physical address. If you live rural and/or would like it sent to a PO Box please inform us, as we can send by NZ Post.
Courier We use NZ Couriers who have a very fast reliable service. Most deliveries once despatched will be to you the next working day, unless it is rural delivery where they may take an extra day. The courier will usually like a signature upon delivery, so if no one is home and you would like it left, please make a note in the comments area when you place your order. This does come at the risk of purchaser. All products that are damaged in transit carry a full replacement guarantee, no question asked, just let us know and we will get another order out to you.
