Your privacy is important to us. All the information you give to Natural Pet will be treated with strict confidence. We will never sell, loan, rent or give your name, address, email address or any other personal information to a third party.

Refund / Exchanges

At Natural Pet we guarantee customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 14days of you receiving the product and we will exchange the product for an equal or lesser amount or refund your money, there may be additional freight costs relating to this, original delivery fees are non refundable.

The item must still be in a saleable condition, seals not broken or labels damaged. Natural Pet reserves the right to determine whether the item is not in a saleable condition.

If the product is faulty, defective or a mistake which is our doing, we will exchange for another exact item or refund you your money including freight charges with no cost to you.

Shipping

We endeavour to get your order out to you within 48 hours. But sometimes demand exceeds supply and we may not have a product in stock. If this is the case we will contact you as soon as possible, give you an expected delivery time and offer you the chance to place the product on back order or get a refund.

When you place an order with Natural Pet, you will have to create a new account and log on, existing customers can log straight on. We feel this is the easiest and safest way to use your credit card on the internet.

If you do not want to receive this service, at the bottom of the email click the unsubscribe button and your email address will be deleted from the database.
